Lake-effect snow. We plow a tight loop — Fife Lake, Kingsley, Kalkaska, Traverse City. Restoration we run farther. Plow routes we do not.

Lots
Clinics, shops, HOAs. Cleared so people can park — not a ridge down the middle at 6 a.m.
On the road
Heavy-duty trucks and stainless V-plows. V to cut a path. Scoop to stack. Straight for the last pass.
After midnight
Lake-effect does not punch a clock. Headlights on. Same truck. Same hitch.
Loaders and box plows
Commercial lots get a wheel loader and a steel containment box — not just a truck blade. Push, hold, stack.
Wheel loader + box
Steel containment box on the loader arms. Pushes a full lot in fewer passes and holds the pile until we stack it.
Stack the bank
Box up, pile at the edge. We do not leave a ridge in the aisle or bury the handicap stall.
Tight lots
Compact loader and a smaller box for clinics, shops, and lots a truck cannot swing.
Snowblowers
Two-stage blowers on the skid and the track loader. Banks, walks, and doors — thrown off the lot, not shoved into the next stall.
Skid + two-stage
Hydraulic snowblower on the quick-attach. Throws the bank instead of pushing it into the next stall.
Track loader
Compact track and a blower when the lot is ice under deep snow. Stays on top. Chute aimed off the property.
Walks and doors
Entries, sidewalks, the path to the dumpster. Blown clean — not a ridge of slush against the glass.
Season contracts
Your drive or lot is on a list. We roll when the radar says it is time — not when you wake up and call.
Per-push and after hours
One storm. A rental turnover. A clinic that has to open at six. Call (231) 600-1600. We come.
Salt and clean-up
Plow first. Salt where it matters. We do not bury the mailbox or the neighbor’s car and leave.

The trucks that dig your septic and drain your basement in July are the trucks that clear the lot in January. Local. Our employees.
Where we plow
Snow is a short loop from the shop. Water, fire, septic, and builds still cover the wider map. If you are outside this list, we will say no — we do not take a plow we cannot reach before the next band.
